This replica meticulously captures that iconic HRT “swoosh” livery, one of the most celebrated designs in Australian motorsport. Every detail is spot on, from the major Mobil 1 and Holden branding to the period-correct sponsors like NGK, Bridgestone, and the retro Xbox logo. The number plate HRT-048 is the perfect finishing touch representing the original cars chasis number.
More than just a replica of a race car, this is a tribute to a legendary moment of immense anticipation and ultimate disappointment that is forever etched in Bathurst folklore.

This is pure V8 Supercar nostalgia, and it represents one of the most famous ‘what if’ moments in Bathurst history. What you see is a stunning tribute to the #05 Holden Racing Team VY Commodore, prepared for the 2004 Bathurst 1000.
This event was monumental as it marked the celebrated return of the nine-time champion, the King of the Mountain himself, Peter Brock, to the factory Holden team for a one-off appearance in The Great Race. The hype was immense.
Brock was partnered with British Touring Car star Jason Plato. As the co-driver, Plato was tasked with starting the race. In a heartbreaking turn of events on just lap 28, Plato crashed the #05 Commodore heavily at the top of the mountain. The damage was too severe for the car to continue.
This meant that Peter Brock, who was waiting in the pits for his first stint, tragically never got to drive a single lap in the actual race. The comeback that the whole nation was watching was over before he even got behind the wheel.
